This project is the result of my journey of self-development to create a more joyful, meaningful and healthy life. Now the focus is on you. I would like to assist you in creating a sense of freedom, true work-life balance and happiness in the most important project you have of all, which is your life.


We live in a very busy world. The pressure is high and it hits us from many angles. Sometimes we don’t even have enough time to sleep well, let alone finding time to relax properly. When we don’t have any time to relax, our stress level increases, because of the chemistry in our brain changes. Occasionally we can feel this throughout our whole body.

The correct chemical balance in our brain is important in order for us to feel good. Often we try to increase our level of happy hormones unconsciously to keep them balanced. But we are usually not approaching that the right way. That causes big problems.

As you probably know, stress has extremely negative impacts on our mental and physical health. When we are stressed, our mode of thinking is limited, more narrow. That may result in mistakes and bad decisions we make. We are unhappy as a result.

On the other hand, we can make good decisions, when we make the right choices. That’s possible when we think clearly, when we are less stressed or less anxious. Just imagine you could make better decisions, not only for you but also for the people around you. You could feel much calmer and, to put it simply, be happier. How would that make you feel?


When you are calmer and more balanced, you are able to recognize what is good for you and what isn’t. You become more conscious of yourself. From that point on you start having more clarity on how to solve problems, decide what you really want, and also how to get it. You start finding more options and you envision more creative ways to reach your goals.

I invite you to ask yourself:

  • Where am I at this moment in my life?
  • How do I feel about it?
  • Where would I like to be?
  • How would I like to feel?

If you feel good, that’s great and more power to you. If not, maybe it would be better to do something to work on parts of your life that are giving you the most trouble. If you don’t know which direction you want to go, that’s ok too. I can help you find your way by using time-tested methods and best practices.

Project Unfold is about you. You only have one life and only you have the power to decide how you want to live it. I completely understand that there might be obstacles or fears and that we need to make certain compromises too. But we have a choice on how to react to external stimuli. When we chose how to respond, we’re able to see extra options, make smarter decisions and reach our goals.


There was a time when I had reached what felt like a dead-end in my life and I was stressed out of my mind. I had no idea what to do about this. I was feeling like Bill Murray in Ground Hog Day. My life was going completely in the wrong direction. I was looking for happiness in the wrong places. That only caused me more trouble. From the outside, everything looked fine and dandy. But deep inside I was suffering. Only a handful of people knew how I was really feeling. It’s interesting how deeply we can hide behind social masks.

At one point I decided that I’m going to take action. My life has improved in many ways. It was great to observe the balance and joy unfolding. I also decided to change my career path completely. It wasn’t an easy decision. However, now I’m happy that I was able to find the courage to do that.
