Let me tell you a bit of my story first. I was feeling stuck for many years. I wanted to make progress in my life, but I wasn’t able to do that. However, I was changing things, which I didn’t like. I’ve learned how to think in a different way too.

I was making progress. But, I couldn’t reach my main goal. I wasn’t able to leave a job, which was draining my energy completely at a certain point. I just couldn’t. I’ve reached the point of burnout at work in my early 30s. I wasn’t happy and the way I was feeling have negatively impacted me and people around on many levels. I was aware of that negative effect. But a force was holding me back. That force was my fears.

At some point, I met a teacher, who became my coach. He has helped me fully to understand, what was really holding me back, and where those fears were coming from. They were hidden quite deeply in my subconscious mind. I’ve realized also that those fears weren’t even real. I’ve found the courage and I’ve changed my path completely. Today I can say that was the best career decision I’ve ever made. Was it easy? – No. Was it worthy – definitely YES.

What is coaching?

It’s a process, which unlocks the potential you have to maximize your performance in an area of your choice. It provides you with techniques and tools to improve or change something you wish to work on. It can be related to life, career, health, money, relationships. Just ask yourself what you want to change or improve in your life. I will work with you to achieve your goals.

How does it work?

One session takes between one to two hours. For some people, one session might be enough to solve a problem or to find next steps to move on. For others, more sessions are needed. Coaching is a process. We are different and we work at our own pace.

If you decide to work with me, I can guide you through the whole process. I offer ongoing support during the time we work together to make sure that you are going in the desired direction.

My coaching style

I’m a balanced person with a clear vision of what I would like to achieve. I’m creative too and some of my ideas might be pretty unique, but they are also connected to the reality we live in. I also believe in dreaming BIG and I highly support people who want to realize their dreams.

My style is insightful and bit eclectic, like me, and it reflects my beliefs and who I am. If you expect overhyped “high five” style coaching, I wouldn’t be the best person for your needs. However, I have few tools which can motivate you to reach your goals.

If I notice during our initial conversation, that I might be the wrong coach for you, I will let you know. Coaching is based on a good relationship. For that reason we need to trust each other and trust in the coaching process.
