Project Unfold is here to guide you on how you can take care of yourself, relax in a healthy way and reach goals by providing online resources, offering one to one sessions and workshops.

This project is the result of my journey of self-development to create a more joyful, meaningful and healthy lifestyle. Now the focus is on you. I would like to assist you in creating a sense of freedom, true work-life balance and happiness in the most important project you have of all, which is your life.


Sometimes we are confused, or something holds us back. We might not be even sure what we really want. In many cases our limiting beliefs and fears stop us from moving on. It takes some time to understand that clearly. However, when you know yourself better, you can take positive actions in multiple areas of your life.

I can assist you to find that clarity by using my knowledge, best practices and methodology I've developed. We can also design a plan, how to get from point A to B, towards a goal of your choosing.

My name is Miro. I'm a performance coach and wellbeing consultant based in Dublin. I support people in a creative and unique way. I'm able to help you to de-stress in less than 15 minutes. I can also assist you in designing your life. This process might take a bit longer. However, it’s more sustainable in the long run.

I'm a seeker; I've studied many different subjects in the last 15 years. I have qualifications in coaching, sound therapy, training design and delivery, sound engineering, and a few more subjects. I've also completed the postgraduate programme in Entrepreneurship at the UCD Innovation Academy. I'm passionate about music, people, books, personal development, mindfulness and alternative solutions, which help everyone to thrive at their own pace.
